Timeliness

Please arrive early. Enter the room quietly not disturbing any students or teachers currently in class. Please do not enter the class if you are more than 10 minutes late. Try and complete the whole class, not only for your well being, but for respect of the teacher and the other students.

Reservations

The fastest and easiest way to reserve your space is to sign up online. Please create a user account in the system in order to make a reservation. Also you can reserve in person, by calling, or email us. Some afternoon classes fill up fast, so please sign up a day before to have your space. If you didn’t sign up we can’t guarantee a space for you! New students and existing students with expired packages can purchase online, in studio, or by calling.

Classes and Memberships

All classes and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Workshops and special classes are not included in memberships. Class and membership fees may occasionally increase each year due to the cost of living. It is our intention to keep our prices reasonable and will occasionally offer membership specials. For group classes, we have a 1 hour cancellation policy, members must cancel within this timeframe or be charged the cost of the class. For private training, clients must cancel 24 hours in advance or will be charged the cost of the class. If you have an individual class membership, you are only allowed to attend that type of class. If you do attend a class not designated on your pass, we will subtract one day from your membership for each occurrence. If you previously bought an intro offer/special, class card or membership with us we do NOT accept any coupon (Amazon,Groupon or Livingsocial) from these sites. Thank you for understanding.

Your monthly membership or class card will start the time you sign up for the class. Even if you don’t show up your membership will start from that day!

We don’t Freeze,  “Temporarly Hold” or Extend Memberships
We have a strict policy. We do not  freezing or extend memberships. We don’t offer extensions for any reason. Memberships and class packages may not be extended to accommodate vacation/travel dates, personal reasons, work, family, etc. For members with a class card, we DO offer an option to buy a new class card of your choice (5, 10 or 20 classes) and we will rollover any unused classes from a previous card. We ask that you please purchase a new card within 7 days of the previous card’s expiration date to receive this rollover. Workshop Refund/Cancellation Policy

Your-Movement hold the right to cancel any workshops, trainings under any circumstance. We will inform you in a reasonable time before. If you cancel prior to 14 days of workshop start date, you will be issued a refund minus 15% per workshop administration fee. No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for cancellations within 14 days of workshop start date. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the workshop.

Class or Event Cancellation/Date Change Policy
Your-Movement Wellness Center reserves the right to cancel or change the date of any class, workshop, training or retreat. We will do our best to notify participants in a timely manner if this occurs. Only on very rare occasions do we have to close the studio due to inclement weather or a national holiday. If there is a lot of snow and it is dangerous driving on the roads, please first call the studio to see if we are holding class that day. We update the online class schedule when there are class changes or class cancellations. You may cancel up to 60 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you fail to cancel in time you will be charged for the class. Those with class packages will have one class automatically deducted from their total class/series package. No shows are subject to 100% class fee. Workshops and private classes/sessions subject to terms.

There must be at least 2 students registered for a class to be conducted. If for some reason the class you have registered for has not met this attendance requirement, the class will be cancelled and we will be sure to notify you right away so that you may reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.

Teacher Training

Trainees pay 20% of the full value of the class non-refundable deposit upon acceptance into our program, which goes toward their full tuition. This deposit is non-refundable. Full tuition is due by the date noted above. Students may receive a refund up to 2 weeks (14 days) before the start date of their training, this does not include the 20% non-refundable deposit. Trainees receive unlimited yoga & pilates classes at our studio during their training and for 30 days following their completion of training. Your-Movement hold the right to cancel any workshops, trainings under any circumstance. We will inform you in a reasonable time before.

Cell Phones and Valuables

Please do not use cell phones in class. We ask that you leave your cell phone in your bag and make sure it is silent. We suggest that you lock your valuables in our lockers, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Lost and Found

We will keep any lost item for 7 days. If you think you may have lost an item in our studio, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. After 7 days, we will discard any unclaimed item.

Retail Item Returns

Returned retail clothing is accepted for exchange or credit only with your receipt and item tag still attached within 7 days of purchase. Music, videos, and DVD’s may only be returned with receipt if they are damaged upon opening and it is within 7 days of purchase for exchange or credit only. Yoga mats may not be returned after they are opened or used. Retail items cannot be exchanged for yoga classes and yoga memberships or class packages may not be exchanged for retail items.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept all major credit cards, Your-Movement Wellness Center Gift Cards/Certificates, and cash.  Checks are accepted for private lessons or training sessions only.
