SHRINK YOUR WAIST WITH WEIGHTS!
Cardio exercise gets your heart rate up and increases blood circulation throughout the body. This is great for burning excess calories and helping you to lose weight, faster! Cardio exercise supports improved heart health and increased metabolism. Body Toning or strength training, especially in conjunction with regular cardio exercise, can have a profound impact on a person’s mental and emotional health. Benefits of Body Toning are strengthening of the bones, proper weight maintenance, improved sleep, more stamina, and prevention of chronic conditions.
- Core and Body Toning: Do a total body workout in your lunch time. In this class you can expect an excessive core workout along with total body strengthening. The class is design to move the muscles around your entire body without having excessive sweats, so you can go back to work feeling fresh and strong!
- Bootylicious: Let’s work on those gluteus muscles. In this 30 minutes class we will work very hard to put those buttocks and hamstring back on the map. Then you can proudly say it “yes I got it”
All levels of fitness ability welcome!
You can do this class barefoot or with sneakers. We use mat for this class, you can bring your own or rent one from us for $2.
Please bring water with you, or buy one at the front desk ($1).
